200M RUN = 20 Points
BURPEES = 5 points
DB THRUSTERS = 3 points
BOX JUMPS = 1 Pt 12" box, 2 pts 20" box, 3 pts 24"
PULLUPS = 1 Pt Jumping, 2 pts Regular, 3 pts Plyo
SQUATS = 1 Point, Jumping Squats = 2 points
PUSHUPS = 1 pt, Plyo = 2 pts, Clapping = 3pts
SITUPS = 1 point
