Intro Classes

  We have three intro classes that cover the fundamental movements and exercises of CrossFit so you feel comfortable when you join group classes. 

The fee for the three classes is $120 which is applied to the first month membership fee if you decide to continue.
Our intro classes are done as personal training sessions so that we can evaluate your fitness level, talk to you about your goals, and make sure we teach to your specific needs.

We have Intro classes on various evenings during the week.  
Saturday or Sunday classes are also available
email for specific dates and times

 *Payment for the intro classes is required prior to the first session via our link on the home page or cash/check brought with you to the first intro.  

*No refunds should you just not show up for your intro class with no notification. Cancellation prior to the class is necessary.
