Saturday's end of the year FIGHT seminar (taught by Haganah Black belt Bill Grinnell) was a huge success. The seminar covered stand up, ground skills and ITK. (Israeli Tactical Knife Fighting). The new t-shirts arrived just in time for the seminar and are available in black or white. There will be a jiu-jitsu seminar taught by Caique in late January and plans are underway for a begining of the year CrossFit Open House. Don't forget the gym's Christmas party is this Friday evening. Check back for details on all the upcoming events.
