WOD

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
15 Double-unders
15 Burpees (sub ball-slams)
15 Box Jumps
1 rope/net ascent

I vote to rename this workout "Those double-unders suck!" But I would probably want to rename all workouts that have double-unders in them with that name.

Jason..I heard about some super special jump rope that helps with this...Ill let you know
