haha... I wish. can't make it tonight, but next time no less than 2 min/800m... looks like you'll have to hold it down for me Robin ;)

Marcus, I have never thought to time my 800 or 400, maybe I should to give me a new time goal to work on. I may be better at racing the clock than my fellow Cf's.
