Noon time classes start tomorrow!!!


Beginning 10/11/11 we will have two Mid-Day classes

12-12:30pm
and
12:30pm-1pm

They will run this week from Tuesday-Friday

Kari, what is the format of the :30 minute class? Is it a shorter workout? Lifting only? Thanks!

Same workout as the other classes. Slightly shorter warm-up, and scaled to 20minutes max met-cons.
