- one partner works while other partner rests- one round is finished when each partner completes WOD 1 and then WOD 2
- perform a total of 4 rounds (each partner does each WOD 4 times)

10 KB swings (53#/35#)
10 bar-facing burpees
WOD 2
10 goblet squats (53#/35#)
10 KB snatches (53#/35#)
10 KB push presses (53#/35#)
10 box jumps
