Which two of these three women didn't come to the Tuesday and Thursday strength classes?


Bone adapts to stress like any other tissue. It becomes denser and harder in response to heavier weight. This aspect of barbell training is very important to older trainees and women, whose bone density is a major factor in continued health and smoking hotness.

moral of the story - skip tuesdays and thursdays and you descend into a life of shoplifting, serial DWIs, and tooth decay
