1 round of Cindy (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats OR plank/sit-ups)
- Either partner divides the clean reps as needed (1st round: CF1: 5 reps CF2: 5 reps, etc.)
- Each partner must alternate rounds of Cindy (each partner completes 5 Cindy rounds total)
- After the cleans, 1 round of Cindy must be completed in TOTAL by 1 partner
- While 1 partner does Cindy, the other does plank or sit-ups
