Final Team Challenge Workout
AMRAP 20 minutes:
CF1, CF2, and CF3 rotate
CF1: Pacer
60 Double Unders or 120 Singles - (Pace)
CF2:
6 Push-ups
9 Medicine Ball Cleans (20/14)
12 Sit-Ups
CF3:
6 Push-Jerks (95/65)
9 Jumping Lunges (4L/5R)
12 Air Squats
- Each team member counts number of total and partial rounds of CF1, CF2 and CF3 movements
- Sum the results for each team member to calculate the total team score
