Partner WOD
30 4-count mountain climbers
35 box jumps
40 double unders
45 squats
40 double unders
35 box jumps
30 4-count mountain climbers
 
*EACH partner to complete reps listed (i.e. Partner 1 does 30 4-count mountain climbers as does Partner 2 and so on)
*Reps can be broken down as needed, each excercise MUST be completed before moving on
*Partner not working is doing lunges (reverse or forward) with barbell being held (OH or on back)"
