"The Presses"
Every Minute on the Minute for 12 Minutes:
Shoulder Press x3
Push Press x3
Push Jerk x3

Goal is to use the same weight for each round.  As Rx: 95/65, but scale accordingly

Rest 5 Minutes

Deadlift
Work Set: 1x5
