PR zone 1: 20 minutes
5 bilateral rack hold front squats
5L/5R  Single Leg Deadlifts- Heavy!
Rest 5 minutes
PR zone 2: 15 minutes
1 arm floor press 5R/5L- Heavy!
5 chin ups
Rest 2 minutes
5x5 windmills
