1000m Row or 800m Run (switch every 250m/200m)
50 Thrusters (95/65)
70 Box Jumps
50 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95/65)
50 Strict Chin-Ups
1000m Row or 800m Run (switch every 250m/200m)
One partner works, while the other rests. Teams divide the reps equally (i.e. a total of 25 thrusters for partner 1 and a total of 25 thrusters for partner 2, divided in any way)
