Chest-to-Bar Pullups
CF1 Completes 1 Hope exercise while CF2 completes 200m row or short lap run
CF2 Completes 1 Hope exercise while CF1 completes 200m row or short lap run
Repeat until all Hope exercises have been completed by each partner 2x (2000m or 10 short laps for each parther)
