Partner Pet Rock Boulder

20 Shoulder Press (115/80)*
30 Overhead Squats (115/80)
40 Push Press (115/80)
50 Front Squats (115/80)
60 Push Jerk (115/80)
70 Floor Wipers (115/80)
* Please scale according to your ability to maintain proper form

Rest 5 minutes

1000m Row Relay (Partners switch every 250m)
  • Parnters split reps evenly
  • Try to choose one weight for the entire workout, but scale as needed
  • Try to keep the bar off the ground the entire time
  • If bar touches floor, 10 jumping lunge penalty (5L/5R) for both partners
