Every 30 seconds for 5 minutes:

1. 5 pull ups every 30 seconds for 5 minutes
1 minute rest
2. 5 burpees
1 minute rest
3. 10 KB swings (53/35)
1 minute rest
4. 5 Push Press (95/65)

then

8x100 m sprints on the minute
