Sunday Open Gym

Open Gym tomorrow!
12:30-2:00 (or later)

Make up a missed WOD, work on a lift, skill, mobility/stability (if you took advantage of the Functional Movement Screens with Heather, you know what you need to work on!), or just come sip some Kool-aid and share the stoke ;)
