3 Rounds:
30 Burpee Pull-Ups
30 Back Squats (135/95)
30 Box Jumps

then

120 Double-Unders


  • Divide reps evenly between partners
  • One partner works, while the other rests
  • Double-Unders can be completed simultaneously (60 each or 180 singles)
