AMRAP 20 Minutes
CF1:
6 Snatch Balance (95/65)
6 Medicine Ball Good Mornings (25/20)
6 Hang Squat Clean (96/65)
6 Toes to Bar
CF2:
30 Lateral Jumps
20 Sit-Ups
- CF2 is the pacer
- CF1 cycles through first set of movements until CF2 completes both exercises, then switch
- Keep a count of rounds of CF1 and CF2 for each team
