Heather B dominated the workout with a score of 303 and perfect form throughout (see above), earning her the CFTC Competitor Award for week 1. The rest of the team is doing its part too, with both James and Heather H destroying their expectations of only finishing one round, with James getting close to 3 rounds (score: 120) and Heather H getting 4 rounds (score: 180). Jenny also got 4 rounds of the workout (score: 180). Bill may attempt the workout again, but was pretty even with Stan and Marcus, getting scores of 220, 225 and 225 respectively. However, it was Josh who topped the male scores with a score of 257. (Coach Jon T also joined in on the workout and got a leading male score of 270 although he's not registered for the official competition - still an impressive effort). We also look forward to see the score Coach Jeff puts up as he completes the workout soon.
