AMRAP 18 min - Partner WOD
"Elizabeth" vs. "Brenton"

CF1 "Elizabeth":
7 Power Cleans (95/65)
7 Ring Dips
7 Jumping Lunges (7L/7R)

CF2 "Brenton":
Bear crawl 50 feet
Frog hop 50 feet - do one burpee every 3 jumps

Pace off CF1 then switch. Count total rounds per team. First round of CF1 should take 1.5 - 2 mintues. If it takes longer, reduce weight or add assistance
