Begining March 5, we will be adding a 5pm class to the schedule along with an open gym
session on Sundays from 11am-1pm.
The 5pm class will not follow the same format as the 6pm class but will consist
of an abbreviated warm up and the WOD. Clients can warm up and begin the
WOD any time before 5:40pm.

Mac, dont you think 11am is a little early for you young people?
The 40 and under crowd do not find it necessary to get up and greet the paper boy each morning.
