Partner WOD! - "Chicken Coop"

60 Single-Unders
50 Burpees
250m Row
50 Overhead Squats (95/65)
60 Single-Unders
50 Ring Rows
250m Row
50 Front Squats (135/95)
60 Single-Unders
50 Bench Press (135/95)
250m Row

Each partner completes the prescribed number of single-unders and rowing. For all other exercises, one partner works, while the other rests, for a total of 25 reps per partner

Compare to 6/1/12 (slightly modified)
