9 KB Grinders (105/70)*
7 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)*
5 Push Jerk (135/95)*
CF2:
AMRAP
25m Sled Pull (135/95) or Walking Lunge
CF1 completes cycle of movements while CF2 pulls the sled for 25m sprints. Partners switch. Alternate the sled pull with the walking lunge every other round.
* = Scale up or down accoringly: choose a weight that takes you 2 minutes or less to finish the first round.
