Crossfit Total


Back Squat
Shoulder Press
Deadlift

You have 3 attempts to achieve a 1 rep max for each lift.
First attempt should be equivalent to a heavy 3 rep lift
Second attempt should be your known 1 rep max
Third attempt is the weight you want to do based on on your first 2 lifts

The Crossfit Total score is the sum of your heaviest 1 rep max for each lift.

Then:

400m sprint
