Monday WOD

For time*:
15 Thrusters (135/95)
200m Run
20 Thrusters (95/65)
400m Run
30 Thrusters (65/45)
800m Run

*Bonus: If performed as Rx and you finish in under 15 min, repeat first 2 movements. None of the morning class managed this. Time to beat: 15:09 as Rx.

The first round of thrusters should be scaled to a weight that is heavy for you. For example, if you performed "Fran" a few weeks ago using 55 lbs., try to do 25% more (70 lbs.) where you can do about 6 reps unbroken.
