Tuesday WOD


Deadlift** see note below
Bench Press

If time: Pull-up WOD
3x5 chin-ups
3x5 neutrals (l/r) 15 each side total
3x5 pull-ups
Scale as needed- this takes some time:)

Below is a pic of neutrals: ask a coach for assistance,
but these will really help you get your deadhang pull-ups!

From Novice to Elite- All members ask a coach to video you today.
Our athletes did a great job today on DL form.
Once filmed, most of them knew exactly what needed correcting, with most pointing out small infractions as they reviewed their video. This only takes a few seconds to do, but you may be surprised at how well you are actually performing (or not!)
