Friday WOD

Team WOD!
Teams of 4

5 Rounds:
250m Row
Push-Ups
KB Wall-Ball Subs
Flutter Kicks
  • Teams pace off the rower - complete as many reps as possible of other movements until 250m row is complete, then switch
  • Each CF completes 5 rounds of each movement (5000m row as a team)
  • Keep a running tally of push-up and KB wall-ball sub reps
  • Record total reps and time completed
