5 Rounds:
250m Row
Push-Ups
KB Wall-Ball Subs
Flutter Kicks
- Teams pace off the rower - complete as many reps as possible of other movements until 250m row is complete, then switch
- Each CF completes 5 rounds of each movement (5000m row as a team)
- Keep a running tally of push-up and KB wall-ball sub reps
- Record total reps and time completed
