Friday WOD


Partner WOD
"Dynamic Duo"

200 Double Unders (switch every 50)
50 Thrusters (95/65)
80 Box Jumps
50 Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95/65)
50 Strict Pull-Ups
200 Double Unders (switch every 50)

One partner works, while the other rests. Teams divide the reps equally (i.e. a total of 25 thrusters for partner 1 and a total of 25 thrusters for partner 2, divided in any way)
